Costa Rica travelogue

We spent 7 nights and 8 days in Costa Rica during the July4th week, 2007.
Our trip was quite an interesting one for the following reasons:
1) We travelled with two young kids aged 3 and 1.
2) We are vegetarians :).
3) We barely know any spanish.
4) I am an advanced amateur photographer with some expensive & heavy camera equipment.
With these constraints, we explored Costa Rica :~).
In the following many posts, we [me and my wife] will walk through our trips and what worked for us and what did not.
